3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check your shipment status using the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
4. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only.

Military/APO Addresses: We support shipments to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for verification. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at service@toppetsclub.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
